Joseph M. Slater has practiced law since 1977. Michael C. Rosenberger is an experienced trial lawyer and appellate advocate who has represented many plaintiffs in insurance litigation throughout his career.  During his five years as an insurance litigator Mr. Rosenberger has negotiated multi-million dollar bulk settlements with major insurance carriers and tried over one hundred cases. Mr. Rosenberger is an accomplished writer and has been published in The New York Law Journal.

Mr. Rosenberger possesses undergraduate degrees in English and Sociology, and obtained his J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law.
